Shipping and Delivery
Denver Winpump Company only ships to locations within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states in North America). When requesting shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, call for correct shipping costs. Full Freight Allowed shipments, ship via standard ground transportation. Express shipment costs are paid by the consignee. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Denver Winpump Company does not charge sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site (exceptions: Colorado, Wyoming and Delaware)

Return Policy
Goods sent back MUST HAVE AN “RGA” NUMBER (Return Goods Authorization) no exceptions. Please call 800-748-1889 to set up a return. Returns must be made within 60 days of receipt and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any shipping fees are non-refundable. RGA numbers are good for 30 days from date of issue.
Stock items may be returned providing they meet the following conditions:
1. Item must be in its original box, including all parts, warranty card and directions.
2. Item and item box must be in “Like New” re-sellable condition.
3. Item must not have been installed.
4. Box must be “clean and free of writing and damage – do NOT use the product box as the shipping box!
5. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
6. Returns are allowed within 60 days of receipt.
7. Return shipping is at the purchaser’s expense, unless the return is a result of our error.
8. RGA #’s are valid for 30 days from date issued.
9. Refused shipments, unauthorized returns, and any returns requested past 60 days of delivery will incur a 30% restocking fee.
10. Electrical items and components: NO RETURNS ALLOWED.
11. Custom sized or modified (such as engineered pumps) or cut to length (such as wire) items: NO RETURNS ALLOWED.
Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your order, please carefully inspect to ensure it has arrived in satisfactory condition. If an item appears damaged, call our customer service department immediately at 800-748-1889. If any items appear to be missing from your order, you must call within 48 hours so we can investigate and make corrections as quickly as possible.
Defective items
1. Installed items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer’s customer service department.
2. Denver Winpump or it’s affiliate Dean Bennett Supply, will not accept returns on any items that have been previously
installed.
Miscellaneous
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED: Although the information on this Web
